Hiring Duration:

Our bunting is hired to you for a period of 4 days, which includes the delivery/collection dates, we are of course happy to discuss all options upon enquiry.  

If the bunting is returned later than the agreed hire period, a late return fee will unfortunately incur, as detailed below:

Payment:

  • When you confirm the order for hiring, a security deposit of 50% is required, which is refundable upon return and the condition of the bunting.

  • The full balance is payable 1 month prior to the dates required. This payment will include any delivery options that may be required. We will require full payment before sending any bunting out.

  • Once the bunting is received as agreed and in the condition it was sent out in, we will refund the 50% security deposit.

  • For buying bunting, we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the order, this will then be deducted from the final payment, which is due upon completion/handover of the order.

Late Return Fee:

Our late payment fee starts from 24 hours after the agreed return date. We charge 20% of the total order each day thereafter. 

Damaged Bunting:

If in the unlikely event the bunting is damaged or heavily soiled during the hire period, please notify us ASAP and please do not attempt to rectify the issue yourself. The cost of any reasonable repair work that may be required will be deducted from the security deposit. If however, the value of the repair exceeds the deposit, we will issue an invoice. PLEASE NOTE: We would always advise checking the bunting upon receipt to ensure you are happy with the condition.  

Usage:

The bunting should only be hung by the ways stipulated on the 'All About Bunting' page, and should only be used by the person(s) whom the order was created for, your contract is between us and agreed parties and so no sub letting is permitted. PLEASE NOTE: bunting isn't fireproof and therefore should be placed safely away from any fire, health and safety hazards including children(!) and only used for decoration purposes. 

Cancellation:

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the following applies:

A) If the security deposit has been paid and the cancellation is before the 1 month payment date, then the deposit will be returned in full.

B) If the 1 month payment date has passed and the cancellation has been requested, we would be unable to return the deposit.
